Breath and Sound

  • Chocolate studios 7 Shepherdess Place London, England, N1 7LJ United Kingdom (map)

Breathwork is a powerful way of accessing emotions that have been suppressed and stored in the body. Breathwork allows you to express and release this energy by breathing in a consistent and connected way.

Our Breath and Sound workshop incorporates hands on reiki healing, sound, drums and music to guide you through your journey of subconscious, self-exploration and healing.

Reiki is a natural healing life force energy that is activated by intention and can support you on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

The healing power of sound has been a part of the lives of humans for thousands of years. Everything we observe and feel is eternal energy and particles of energy vibrate all around us. The basic principles behind sound healing are natural frequency, sound waves and resonance. Our universe is in a constant state of vibration. The human body, which is 50-65% water, is also constantly vibrating and humans are wired for sound. The power of sound has the ability to change our perspectives and influence our behaviour.

This is a medium to high intensity workshop supported by trained facilitators who will hold space in a safe, nurturing and non-judgemental way.

Please note:

This event aims to be inclusive to all, however participants should be in good health without any physical or mental conditions that could impair their ability to engage in this activity, endanger their health, or cause risk of harm to themselves or others.
