It all started when…

I hit an all time low, struggling with the emotional ups and downs of life whilst realising history kept repeating itself in a destructive pattern.  I felt stuck. I felt alone and afraid whilst battling with depression, anxiety and PTSD from personal childhood trauma.

The medication route was not suited to me personally so I embarked on my own journey of self discovery starting with mindfulness, and then experimenting with other therapeutic techniques. Looking within, establishing a compassionate routine of self-care and learning to take responsibility for my emotions and behaviours led to a deep sense of understanding, acceptance, peace and empowerment, ultimately developing a healthy and resilient relationship with myself and others.

This understanding and experience is what enables and empowers me to compassionately and unconditionally hold space for others whilst they go through their journey of healing. This can be a truly dark time and at times I went through this alone, I don’t want that to be the case for others.

Along the way I discovered my neurodiversity and how this impacts my mental health. Understanding my sensitivities and how to regulate my nervous system has been fundamental in my healing. I aim to show others that with some self-discovery and discipline, they too can improve their mental health and wellbeing and embark on a truly transformational healing journey. I am also a queer, non-binary person and feel strongly about providing a safe space of healing for neuro-diverse people and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I am deeply passionate about guiding others and holding space on their own personal journey. I want to show others that they can heal and live life at their highest potential, just as I am now.
